Hi, I’m Ava, a qualified and experienced counsellor.

Holistic Support
Counselling with Ava enables individuals to explore and attend to personal challenges, emotional struggles, and mental health concerns in a supportive relational approach. Through open dialogue and empathic listening, Ava facilitates connection to your true nature, reconnection to your sense of choice and empowerment, to the life you want to live.

Counselling Sessions
Ava ’s counselling is a supportive process to help individuals explore and address personal challenges, emotional struggles, and feelings of being stuck. Through open dialogue and empathetic listening Ava aims to guide clients in gaining self-awareness, developing coping strategies, and finding their direction.

Spiritual Wellbeing
Through Ava’s experience spiritual well-being refers to a sense of inner peace and connection to something greater than oneself, which can be rooted in personal values, or a sense of purpose. It encompasses finding meaning and fulfilment in life and nurturing a sense of belonging.

Physical and Emotional Wellbeing
Our mind and body are essentially connected and so attending to both our mind and our body is essential to wellbeing. Stress impacts your cardio, respiratory, digestive and immune system,, it is held in your muscles and movements and so bringing awareness to your physical health is an important support to mental wellbeing. Ava ptovides a focus on whole of health wellbeing and helps you to explore habits that support or hinder your wellbeing goals.
Ava's Experience
Over the past 7 years I have worked with many people at different stages of their life journey and development. I have experienced first hand how each of us is so individual in our needs and that we are therefore looking for different things in counselling. I have found that I am most passionate about working with people who are feeling stuck but are ready for change and are excited by the prospect. People who feel motivated to get to that next level in their life, who see this as possible but need some encouragement and support along the way.

Counselling with Ava offers 50 minute one on one counselling sessions using a person-centred, strengths based approach.
We are all unique and so are our needs.

You may like to book in a single session, a package of 3 sessions or 6 sessions.

1 session $120 - Initial session, create a plan, initial steps, what will the next steps entail.

3 sessions $330 - Create a plan, steps towards goal, explore areas of life, focus on 1 area, plan future steps.

6 sessions $600 - Create a plan, steps towards goal, explore all areas of your life, deep dive into 1-3 areas, plan future steps.
